Despro – the interpreter of emotions

We genuinely want to listen to our customers and take into account their personal expectations for our service—how well those expectations are met or what might be missing. To address this need, Despro has developed a project-specific customer satisfaction survey.

The survey is conducted 1–3 times, depending on the project’s duration and size. This allows us to identify areas for improvement throughout the project and enhance our performance during implementation. Responding is effortless for our customers, with an average response time of just one minute. The survey also measures passion.

We want to ensure that our strong team spirit extends all the way to the customer.
