Successful power grid construction requires skilled project management. We act as our client’s power grid construction manager and project leader, overseeing the comprehensive execution of the project. We ensure the project’s safety, quality, and environmental compliance. We participate in site and contract meetings and review the documentation prepared by the contractor. If needed, we also handle complaints and necessary communication with landowners and authorities on behalf of the client. We report on the project’s progress according to the agreed-upon practices with the client.

We ensure that power grid construction is carried out safely and with high quality by supervising the site. We report on the achievement of project goals to the client according to the agreed plan. Our site inspections are conducted as scheduled and through spot checks. We can also serve as the contractor’s trainer and, if necessary, provide guidance on site-related issues and work procedures.

Power grid construction and related work must be carried out safely. We take care of the statutory duties of a safety coordinator on the site, acting as the client’s safety coordinator to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Once power grid construction is complete and the new network has been verified to meet all requirements, the commissioning phase begins. During this phase, we plan the most efficient way to bring the network online, including the necessary connections and power distribution interruptions, ensuring that outages are minimized. Our services also include planning the dismantling of decommissioned networks. Additionally, we offer operational management services to ensure smooth and safe operation.

We conduct all measurements, surveys, and inspections related to power grids with the precision required by our clients. Utilizing GNSS and total station equipment, we can also determine cable installation depths during surveys. These surveys and inspections can be performed during construction, final site inspections, and for updating existing network documentation. We ensure that all data is transferred and stored directly in the client’s systems.

We provide a comprehensive range of measurements related to grounding systems. Our services include Grounding Impedance Measurements, Continuity Testing, Soil Resistivity Measurements, Touch Voltage Measurements and Grounding Connection Verifications.

Partial discharge testing is a crucial aspect of commissioning and maintenance for medium and high-voltage networks. These tests ensure that there are no material or installation defects in cables, joints, or terminations. We perform partial discharge measurements using both offline methods for medium voltage networks and online methods up to 400 kV.

In addition to partial discharge testing, our services include Loss Factor Measurements and Very Low Frequency (VLF) Voltage Testing.

These complementary tests provide a comprehensive assessment of the cable network and its components, ensuring reliability and performance.
