Documenting electrical network information is a crucial part of both the design and implementation phases of the electrical network. We record site data into the client’s network information and other systems. During construction, documentation includes the “redlining” phase, where updated design maps and other documents from the contractor or subcontractor are recorded in the network information system, along with any changes made during the project. We also document and update information about existing networks, ensuring that the system accurately reflects the on-site conditions.
We ensure that the electrical diagrams of substations accurately reflect reality. Our designers visit the site to compare archived documents with the station’s records for accuracy. We verify the correctness of markings and record any necessary changes. If needed, we also conduct follow-up site visits to the electrical substation.
Upon project completion, we handle the clean-up and digitization of red-lined final drawings and deliver the updated documents to the client’s information systems. If needed, we update and deliver paper versions to be placed in folders and archives on-site. We also correct any red-lined drawings produced during maintenance and assist with the drawing and updating of plastic diagrams.
In electrical grid mastering, the real-time status of the electrical network is transferred to the network information system’s database. We handle the documentation tasks related to the commissioning of the electrical grid and perform the mastering on behalf of the client.
We document changes made to power lines after construction in the client’s systems and update the documents to reflect the actual implementation. We also record and update information about existing networks, ensuring that the network depicted in the system matches the actual situation on the ground.
