We assess and identify the most suitable cooling system for managing and dissipating the data center’s heat load. As part of the feasibility study, we determine whether the site requires a redundant cooling system, mechanical cooling, or backup cooling solutions.
We assess the heat load generated by data center equipment under different operating and load conditions. Based on this analysis, we define the required cooling capacity and system sizing. The study also includes forecasting future load growth to ensure sufficient cooling capacity for upcoming expansions.
We evaluate the suitability of different cooling technologies, such as air cooling, liquid cooling, and hybrid systems, for the data center’s specific needs. The assessment also covers redundancy requirements, backup system options, and system reliability under fault conditions. Each solution is compared in terms of energy efficiency, cost, and maintainability.
We prepare a study on the energy efficiency of cooling systems and their impact on the data center’s PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness). In addition, we examine opportunities for waste heat recovery, such as feeding excess heat into district heating networks or building heating systems. This approach reduces energy consumption and carbon footprint while improving the overall sustainability of the project.
